Spring growth is now away.. but with recent dry weather will crops soon need more rainfall!

As we approach the start of May, despite a few colder overnight temperatures keeping growth at check through April, the recent spell of warmer weather has now enabled many crops to start a rapid period of growth and development. Some soils and fields are relatively dry now, so some rainfall will probably be welcomed by many growers soon.

Introducing Clayton Galley
Clayton continues to develop and expand the portfolio to offer more choice for growers. One of our latest approvals is Clayton Galley, a triple active herbicide formulation for use in Grassland, Forage maize and a number of other crops to control a wide range of problem weeds. Look out for more information of Clayton Galley coming soon.. and with both grass and grassland weeds now actively growing it is a timely approval!
France Update:
And in news a little further afield, Clayton are also continuing to expand their reach in a number of key European markets, particularly France, where Hugues Hequet was recently appointed this year as a dedicated Business Development and Sales Manager for Clayton in France.
