Meet the Team: Leszek Dryjański, Sales Executive Eastern Europe.

Leszek’s experience in agriculture began at an early age, with his family involved in the pesticide industry. By helping with the family business, he gained hands-on experience creating marketing materials and supporting field trials and events. He then went on to study at the University of Life Sciences in Poznań, further developing his knowledge of agriculture and crop production.

Leszek began his professional career as a product manager within the oilseed rape breeding sector before moving into agricultural consultancy. There, he progressed from Agricultural Consultant to leading regional operations and business development.

After more than a decade in consultancy, Leszek went on to lead a digital farming project, combining his agricultural experience with an interest in technology and precision farming. He later returned to agricultural consultancy, where he was responsible for developing and expanding a consultancy network across Poland.

Since joining Clayton Plant Protection in July, Leszek has taken on a sales role covering Eastern Europe, focusing on strengthening Clayton’s sales network, developing new markets and supporting our continued growth across the region.

Outside of work, Leszek enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, sports and exploring new technologies. His wide-ranging interests include photography, drones, construction, sustainability and AI, alongside a longstanding passion for outdoor activities and adventure.
