Meet the Team: Bency Thomas, Compliance Specialist.

Bency joined the team this spring, bringing over two years of experience in the chemical compliance sector and a strong background in regulatory compliance and document management.

As a Compliance Specialist at Clayton, Bency supports a range of compliance activities across the business, including managing product specifications, Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), labels, and document control processes. She works closely with teams across the business to help maintain documentation systems and support ongoing compliance initiatives.

Since joining the plant protection industry, Bency has continued to build her knowledge and experience of regulatory and compliance processes within the sector.

Outside of work, Bency enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes, as well as travelling, discovering new places and experiencing different cultures.
